Alexander began investing at an early age and went on to study at EBS and then subsequently University of Cambridge, graduating top of his class. He started his career at Morgan Stanley, where he spent nearly a decade within various teams, in charge of transactions across M&A and capital markets. He later joined Delivery Hero, co-leading to its IPO, various debt and equity raises and subsequent development into a DAX-listed company. He was responsible for the M&A team as well as setting up the Corporate Venture Capital team deploying close to €1 billion across more than 20 growth investments, including those that then became unicorns and decacorns globally. Today, Alexander is senior partner of the Growth Team at HV Capital, where he partners with ambitious founders and supports scaling businesses across sectors with focus on AI, SaaS, FinTech and Consumer.
