Christian Domscheit is a Managing Director at Jefferies in London and is part of the European M&A team, advising clients primarily across the DACH region. He joined Jefferies in 2024, having previously spent five years at Bank of America in London’s EMEA M&A team, where he co‑led the EMEA Activism and Defense practice. Before moving into investment banking, he spent more than eight years at Vodafone, most recently as Deputy Executive Mergers & Acquisitions in London. Christian holds a Master’s degree in Finance, Strategy & Organisation from EBS University. He lives in London with his family and values sport and fitness as an important balance to his professional commitments.
