
Florian is Head of DACH at Permira and focuses on investment opportunities in the DACH region and in the Healthcare Sector globally. Since joining Permira in 2019, he has led a number of transactions including Neuraxpharm, Ergomed and Westbridge. He is a member of the advisory boards of Neuraxpharm, Westbridge and a member of the board of directors of Ergomed. Prior to joining Permira, Florian worked in the European Buyout Team of The Carlyle Group, where he focused on large buyout transactions in the DACH region and was leading various investments in the healthcare, industrials and consumer goods industries. Florian holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management, Germany and has an MBA from McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, USA. Florian is also a member of the board of trustees of Off Road Kids, a charity partner with the Permira Foundation.
