Justin is a Partner, member of the Hg Investment Committee, the Realisation Committee and a member of the Hg Board. Justin is Co-Head of the Saturn fund and leads Hg’s Munich office. Since joining the firm 2002, Justin has led more than 30 investments and served as a Managing Partner from 2017 to 2025, during which time, he helped guide Hg’s evolution into a transatlantic platform and one of the world’s largest technology investors. Prior to Hg, Justin was a professional at Goldman Sachs and Deloitte. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Cologne.
